Free Shipping on Orders $25+ | Fast Turnaround | No Minimums
A business logo may stay the same even when the apparel changes. One project may need T-shirts, another may need sweatshirts, and a later order may only need a few replacement garments for new staff or changing sizes.
DTFera provides ready-to-press DTF transfers for customers in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with no minimum order requirement. That gives businesses, organizations, and other apparel projects more flexibility to order around the garments and quantities they actually need.
If the same company or organization logo will be used repeatedly, keep the final artwork organized at the intended print dimensions.
The same approved graphic may be used across different compatible garments without requiring you to rebuild the artwork each time. A logo used on a T-shirt today may also be useful for a compatible sweatshirt or another garment later.
The important part is checking that the transfer size and placement still make sense for the garment being used.
It can be difficult to predict future staff sizes, replacement needs, or project quantities.
Instead of producing extra finished shirts that may never be used, you can keep compatible blank garments available and order additional transfers when the need is real.
Because DTFera has no minimum order requirement for DTF transfers, a small replacement order does not need to become another large production run.
One design file does not always mean one print size.
A small chest logo may work well for everyday branded apparel, while a larger back graphic may be useful when more visibility is needed. If you use both versions, save the approved artwork at the correct dimensions so future orders remain consistent.
When several transfer sizes or graphics are needed together, the DTF Gang Sheet Builder can help arrange them within a 22-inch-wide print area.
If your project only needs one straightforward graphic, a gang sheet may not be necessary.
DTF Transfers by Size lets you choose an available individual transfer size, upload one design, and select the quantity you need.
This can be a practical option for repeat logos, staff apparel, replacement shirts, and other projects where the same transfer is being used several times.
If you built the entire gang sheet layout yourself before ordering, use the Print-Ready Gang Sheet Upload.
This option is intended for an already-completed gang sheet. It is separate from Transfers by Size and from building a new layout in the Gang Sheet Builder.
Saving a final logo file can make repeat orders much easier, but the file still needs to be print-ready.
For standard raster artwork, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is generally preferred when transparency is needed. Aim for approximately 300 DPI at the final intended print size.
Check that small lettering is readable, edges are clean, and unwanted backgrounds or stray pixels have been removed. Simply changing a low-resolution file to 300 DPI does not recreate detail that was already lost.

DTF transfers are commonly used on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and many other compatible materials.
Some garments require additional care. Nylon, coated fabrics, dye-sublimated garments, heat-sensitive performance materials, and unfamiliar specialty fabrics may need testing or adjusted pressing conditions.
If you plan to use one logo across several garment types, check the material and pressing requirements before producing the entire order.
