  • PNG Preferred — PNG supports transparent backgrounds and prints cleanly without a white box around your design.
  • Transparent Background Required — Remove any white or colored background before uploading. We print everything in your file.
  • 300 DPI Recommended — Design at 300 DPI at the actual print size for sharp, professional results.
  • RGB Color Mode — DTF printing uses RGB. CMYK files can cause color shifts during processing.

Do I need a minimum order?
No. You can order as few as one transfer. There are no minimums and no setup fees.

What file format should I upload?

What heat press settings should I use?
For most fabrics: 300–320°F, medium-firm pressure, 10–15 seconds. Always pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds first. See our Best Heat Press Settings guide for fabric-specific recommendations.

Can I apply DTF transfers with a household iron?
While some people attempt it, a heat press is strongly recommended. A household iron doesn’t apply consistent temperature or pressure across the entire design, which can result in poor adhesion, peeling, and uneven results. For professional-quality, durable prints, a heat press is the right tool for the job.

How long do DTF transfers last?
A properly pressed DTF transfer on a compatible fabric, washed correctly, should last 50+ washes without significant cracking or fading. See our DTF Washing & Care Guide for tips on making your prints last longer.

Can I use DTF transfers on dark garments?
Yes. Unlike sublimation, DTF transfers include a white ink base layer that makes colors pop on dark and black garments.

What fabrics work with DTF transfers?
