Welcome to DTF Transfers Era. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and purchases made through DTFera.com. By accessing our website, submitting an order, or purchasing from DTF Transfers Era, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.

About DTF Transfers Era

DTF Transfers Era provides custom printing products and services, including DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets, custom stickers, custom apparel, personalized products, and other printing-related products and services.

Many products sold by DTF Transfers Era are custom-made based on artwork, sizes, quantities, specifications, and other information supplied or approved by the customer.

Orders

By placing an order with DTF Transfers Era, you confirm that the information submitted with your order is complete and accurate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including:

  • Artwork and design files
  • Spelling and text
  • Transfer or print dimensions
  • Product sizes
  • Quantities
  • Product selections and options
  • Shipping information
  • Contact information

Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of artwork submitted to DTF Transfers Era.

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to reproduce and use it for your order.

You agree not to submit artwork that infringes another person's or company's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for legal claims resulting from artwork, logos, images, trademarks, text, or other materials supplied by a customer without proper authorization.

Artwork Quality & Print Results

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork of sufficient quality for printing. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, improperly sized, or otherwise poor-quality files may affect the finished product.

We may identify certain obvious artwork concerns when possible, but DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for detecting or correcting every problem contained in customer-provided artwork.

Submitting an order authorizes DTF Transfers Era to produce the artwork as provided or approved by the customer.

Colors

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, computer monitors, and other digital screens may differ from the final printed product. Screen settings, file color profiles, materials, printing processes, garment colors, and other production factors can affect the appearance of printed colors.

Reasonable color differences between a digital display and a physical printed product are not necessarily considered defects.

DTF Transfer Application

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers after receiving them unless DTF Transfers Era is providing the apparel printing service.

Application results can be affected by heat press temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, equipment calibration, peeling method, washing, and care.

DTF Transfers Era is generally not responsible for damage or unsuccessful application caused by incorrect pressing, application, washing, storage, or care after the transfers have been delivered.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, printed, and made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer and are generally considered final sale once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom DTF transfers
  • DTF gang sheets
  • Custom printed apparel
  • Custom stickers
  • Personalized products
  • Special-order and made-to-order products

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for additional information regarding cancellations, damaged products, defects, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on DTFera.com are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is submitted, excluding corrections for obvious technical or pricing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Orders may require successful payment authorization before production begins.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, special pricing, and other promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.

Production & Turnaround Times

We work to process and produce orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Any production, turnaround, shipping, or delivery timeframe displayed or communicated is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Production times may be affected by order volume, artwork issues, product availability, equipment issues, holidays, shipping delays, or other circumstances.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside the direct control of DTF Transfers Era.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Allentown, Pennsylvania by appointment or according to the pickup instructions provided with the order.

Please wait until your order has been confirmed as ready before attempting to pick it up.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you believe your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by DTF Transfers Era, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. Additional photographs or information may be requested so we can properly evaluate the claim.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, reprint, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

Because custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once production has started, an order may no longer qualify for cancellation or refund because materials, printing, labor, or other production costs may already have been incurred.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse DTFera.com, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment problems, prohibited content, abuse of our services, obvious pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the DTF Transfers Era name, branding, website content, graphics, original designs, text, and other materials created by DTF Transfers Era are owned by or licensed to DTF Transfers Era and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Customer-provided artwork remains subject to the ownership and intellectual property rights of its respective owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Transfers Era will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products, services, or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

DTF Transfers Era may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, policies, or applicable requirements.

The most current version will be published on DTFera.com. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
