At DTF Transfers Era ("DTFera," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to producing and shipping high-quality custom products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because many of our products are custom-made, production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, artwork readiness, product availability, and other operational factors.

Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing
Production begins after payment has been successfully received and all required artwork or order information has been submitted.

Orders that require clarification, updated artwork, payment verification, or additional customer information may experience processing delays until the required information has been received.


2. Production & Turnaround Times
DTF Transfers Era strives to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Orders submitted before 11:00 AM Eastern Time may qualify for same-day production depending on production volume, artwork readiness, equipment availability, and other operational factors.

Orders received after 11:00 AM will generally begin production on the next business day.

All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers
DTF Transfers Era ships using trusted third-party shipping carriers including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, package size, or other operational considerations.


4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by shipping carriers are estimates only.

DTF Transfers Era cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier operations, customs processing, labor shortages, or other events outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of DTF Transfers Era.


5. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time an order is placed.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned packages, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


6. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. DTF Transfers Era is unable to control or guarantee how quickly carriers update tracking information after a shipment has been accepted.


7. Local Pickup
Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Orders should be picked up within a reasonable time after notification. Customers may be asked to present identification or proof of purchase when collecting an order.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for products that are damaged, altered, or lost after they have been picked up by the customer or the customer's authorized representative.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once a shipment has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier, delivery is outside the direct control of DTF Transfers Era.

Although we will gladly assist customers with locating shipments or communicating with the carrier whenever reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee shipping performance or delivery dates.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain the original packaging and notify both the shipping carrier and DTF Transfers Era as soon as reasonably possible.


9. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs inspections, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, labor shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

DTF Transfers Era shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.


10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to DTF Transfers Era as undeliverable may be reshipped after additional shipping charges have been paid, when applicable.

Orders abandoned or left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to disposal where permitted by applicable law.


11. Shipping Restrictions
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel shipments when required by law, shipping carrier restrictions, safety concerns, payment verification issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain products or shipping methods may not be available in all locations.


12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), or other government-imposed fees associated with international shipments.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, or international shipping procedures.


13. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss generally transfer to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier or picked up by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery and notify DTF Transfers Era as soon as reasonably possible if any issues are discovered.


14. Policy Updates
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on DTFera.com. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
