DTF Transfers Era ("DTFera," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. This Copyright & Trademark Policy explains customer responsibilities when submitting artwork for printing and outlines our procedures regarding copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property matters.

By submitting artwork, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Copyright & Trademark Policy.

1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, graphics, text, images, photographs, trademarks, and other materials submitted to DTF Transfers Era.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you own the submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to reproduce, print, and use the submitted materials.

DTF Transfers Era relies on customers to submit only artwork they are legally authorized to use.

2. Copyright Compliance
Customers must not submit artwork that infringes upon the copyrights of another person or organization.

Examples may include copyrighted illustrations, photographs, artwork, characters, graphics, or other protected creative works used without proper authorization.

Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that submitted artwork complies with applicable copyright laws.

3. Trademark Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not unlawfully use trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, brand names, or other protected identifiers belonging to third parties.

Submission of artwork containing a trademark does not represent or imply that DTF Transfers Era has verified ownership or authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand names, and other intellectual property contained within submitted artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

Printing services provided by DTF Transfers Era do not transfer ownership, licensing rights, or intellectual property rights to any customer or third party.

5. Customer Representations
By placing an order, customers represent and warrant that:

  • They own the submitted artwork or have permission to use it.
  • The artwork does not knowingly infringe upon the rights of others.
  • They accept responsibility for the submitted content.
  • The information provided with the order is accurate.

6. Infringement Claims
If DTF Transfers Era receives a credible claim that submitted artwork may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another person or organization, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and take any action we consider appropriate.

Such actions may include delaying production, canceling an order, removing artwork, requesting additional information from the customer, or complying with applicable legal obligations.

7. Right to Refuse Artwork
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, suspend, or remove any order or artwork that we believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, our company policies, or the rights of another individual or organization.

Our decision to accept or reject artwork does not constitute a legal determination regarding ownership, licensing, copyright, trademark rights, or authorization to use the submitted content.

8. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DTF Transfers Era, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to customer-submitted artwork, alleged copyright infringement, trademark infringement, licensing disputes, or other intellectual property claims resulting from materials submitted by the customer.

9. No Ownership by DTF Transfers Era
DTF Transfers Era does not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, or other creative works.

All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Our role is limited to providing custom printing services using artwork supplied by our customers.

10. Production of Customer Artwork
DTF Transfers Era prints artwork provided by customers in accordance with the specifications submitted for each order.

The fact that artwork is accepted for production does not represent or imply that DTF Transfers Era has verified ownership, licensing, copyright status, trademark rights, or legal authorization for the submitted content.

11. Repeat Violations
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to refuse future orders, suspend services, or terminate business relationships with customers who repeatedly submit artwork that allegedly infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or who otherwise misuse our services.

12. Limitation of Liability
DTF Transfers Era shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork or the customer's lack of authorization to reproduce or print submitted materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to any claim involving customer-submitted artwork shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Policy Updates
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to modify or update this Copyright & Trademark Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon being published on DTFera.com. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
