How to Export a DTF Gang Sheet at the Correct Physical Size
Export Your Gang Sheet at the Correct Physical Size
Your gang sheet can look perfect on the screen and still export at the wrong size. Check the physical dimensions before you upload it.
If you built your gang sheet at a certain physical size, export it at that same size. Do not shrink or stretch the finished sheet during export.
1. Check Your Canvas Size
Before exporting, check the physical width and length of your completed gang sheet.
For a DTFera print-ready gang sheet, the canvas should be 22 inches wide.
2. Export at the Same Size
Export the finished PNG without changing the width or length of the canvas.
Do not choose an option that shrinks the artwork to fit another page size.
3. Do Not Resize It After Export
Once your finished gang sheet is exported, avoid opening it in another program and accidentally resizing the entire sheet before uploading it.
4. Check the Finished File
Before uploading, check the dimensions of the exported file again.
The final file should still match the physical size you created it at.
Simple Example
If you created a gang sheet that is 22" × 60", your finished exported file should still represent 22" × 60".
It should not suddenly become a smaller page just because you exported or saved it.
