A custom apparel project does not have to be large to look professional. A few employee shirts, a small branded merchandise run, event apparel, or a limited promotional project can still benefit from clean, consistent graphics.
DTFera provides ready-to-press DTF transfers for customers in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with no minimum order requirement. That makes it easier to order around the actual size of your project instead of producing more finished apparel than you need.
Some projects only need a small number of shirts. That could mean apparel for a small staff, a new project, a promotional idea, or a limited group.
Ordering the transfers separately from the garments gives you more control. You can choose compatible blank apparel, order the transfer quantity you need, and press the garments when you are ready.
If the project grows later, you can return for additional transfers instead of trying to predict every future quantity on the first order.
A straightforward logo does not need an overly complicated ordering process.
If one approved graphic will be used repeatedly, keep the final artwork file along with the intended print dimensions. That makes it easier to reproduce the same look when another shirt or small batch is needed.
For one individual design, DTF Transfers by Size may be the simplest option. Choose an available transfer size, upload the design, and select the quantity you need.
Professional-looking apparel does not always mean putting one large graphic in the center of every shirt.
A project might use a smaller chest logo for a clean branded look, a larger back design when more visibility is needed, or a second graphic for promotional apparel.
If several placements or artwork sizes are part of the same project, the DTF Gang Sheet Builder can help arrange those graphics together on a 22-inch-wide print area.
If you are considering branded merchandise, starting small can help you evaluate the artwork before producing a larger quantity.
You may want to see how the design looks at the intended print size, how it works on the chosen garment, or whether customers respond to the idea before committing to more finished apparel.
Because there is no minimum order requirement for DTF transfers, a test project does not need to become a large inventory purchase.
If your complete gang sheet layout is already prepared, you do not need to rebuild it in the online builder.
Use the Print-Ready Gang Sheet Upload for an already-completed gang sheet.
This option is different from Transfers by Size, which is intended for ordering individual ready-to-press designs.
For standard raster artwork, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is generally preferred when transparency is needed.
Aim for approximately 300 DPI at the final intended print size. If the original image is blurry or missing detail, simply changing its DPI setting does not recreate that lost information.
Check small lettering, edges, transparency, and unwanted background pixels before submitting the file. More preparation help is available in the DTF Learning Center.
DTF transfers are commonly used on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and many other compatible materials.
Some garments need more testing. Nylon, coated fabrics, dye-sublimated apparel, heat-sensitive performance materials, and unfamiliar specialty fabrics may require adjusted pressing conditions.
If you are using a garment you have not worked with before, testing first can help protect the apparel and the finished print.
