Free Shipping on Orders $25+ | Fast Turnaround | No Minimums
Some apparel graphics are meant to be used again and again. Others are created for one specific event, date, project, or limited run. Keeping those two types of artwork separate can make future orders much easier.
DTFera provides ready-to-press DTF transfers for customers in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, with no minimum order requirement. You can order reusable branding, one-time project graphics, or a combination of both without having to commit to a large finished-apparel inventory.
A business logo, organization mark, or core brand graphic may be useful for years. An event-specific design, date, slogan, or limited project graphic may only be needed once.
Keeping those files separate helps prevent accidental reprints of outdated artwork and makes it easier to find the correct design when the next order comes around.
A simple folder system can help. Keep permanent branding in one place and project-specific artwork in clearly labeled folders with the relevant name or date.
If you know a logo or core graphic will appear on multiple future garments, prepare that artwork carefully from the beginning.
Save the approved version at the correct print dimensions, keep the original high-resolution file, and record where it is normally placed on the garment.
Then, when a new project needs an additional graphic, you can combine the proven branding with the new artwork instead of recreating everything.
A one-time design does not always justify ordering a large quantity of finished shirts.
With no minimum order requirement for DTF transfers, you can order around the quantity you actually need. If additional people join the project later, more transfers can be ordered without forcing you to predict every size and quantity in advance.
This can be useful for commemorative apparel, short-term promotions, group projects, limited merchandise, or other designs that may not be used again after the current run.
A project may use both reusable and one-time artwork. For example, one transfer may contain a permanent logo while another graphic is specific to the current project.
The DTF Gang Sheet Builder can be useful when you have multiple designs or transfer dimensions to arrange together on a 22-inch-wide print area.
This lets you build the sheet around the graphics needed now while keeping the underlying artwork files organized separately for future use.
If the project uses only one design and you need several identical copies, you may not need to build a gang sheet.
DTF Transfers by Size lets you choose an available individual transfer size, upload one design, and select the quantity.
That can be a straightforward option for a repeated logo, single commemorative graphic, or other project where every transfer is the same.
If your gang sheet layout is already complete, use the Print-Ready Gang Sheet Upload.
This option is intended for an already-built gang sheet, so check the full layout before submitting it. Confirm the dimensions, artwork positions, transparency, and final graphics before upload.
For standard raster artwork, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is generally preferred when transparency is needed.
Aim for approximately 300 DPI at the final intended print size. Increasing a low-resolution file to 300 DPI does not restore detail that was already lost.
Keep your original approved artwork instead of relying on screenshots, downloaded social-media images, or heavily compressed copies. Check small lettering, edges, and unwanted background pixels before ordering.

DTF transfers are commonly used on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and many other compatible materials.
Specialty garments can behave differently under heat and pressure. Nylon, coated fabrics, dye-sublimated garments, heat-sensitive materials, performance fabrics, and unfamiliar specialty garments may require testing or adjusted pressing conditions.
If you are unsure how a garment will react, testing before completing the full run is the safer approach.
