Custom apparel orders do not always stay the same size from beginning to end. A business may hire another employee. A group may add participants. An organization may need replacement shirts after the original order is finished.
DTFera provides ready-to-press DTF transfers for customers in Lower Paxton, Pennsylvania, with no minimum order requirement. That gives you flexibility to order what you need now and return for additional transfers when the project changes.
One of the biggest advantages of keeping your artwork ready for transfer printing is that you do not have to predict every future quantity on the first order.
You might begin with shirts for a small staff, project team, organization, or event group. If more people are added later, you can return for additional transfers instead of rebuilding the entire project from the beginning.
This can also help reduce unnecessary finished-shirt inventory. Rather than ordering extra apparel in sizes you may never use, you can keep compatible blanks available and press additional garments as needed.
When a logo or design has already been approved, consistency matters. Reusing the same properly prepared artwork helps keep future shirts visually aligned with the original project.
Save the final artwork file at the correct print dimensions instead of relying on screenshots, compressed previews, or copies pulled from social media.
If you know you may reorder later, keeping the original high-resolution file organized can save time and reduce mistakes.
Garment sizes may change even when the printed graphic stays the same. A staff or group order might include small, medium, large, XL, and additional sizes while using one consistent logo size.
That means you can often order the same transfer design in the quantity needed and apply it across compatible garments of different sizes.
If your project requires different print dimensions — such as a small chest logo and a larger back graphic — those transfers can be planned separately or arranged together on a gang sheet.
You do not need to use the same ordering method for every job.
For one straightforward design, DTF Transfers by Size can be a simple option. Choose an available individual transfer size, upload your design, and select the quantity.
For projects with several graphics, different print dimensions, or multiple placements, use the DTF Gang Sheet Builder. Gang sheets use a 22-inch-wide print area and allow multiple designs to be arranged together.
If you already created your entire gang sheet before ordering, use the Print-Ready Gang Sheet Upload.
A little organization makes future apparel orders easier.
This is especially useful when a business or organization expects new employees, replacement garments, new group members, or recurring projects throughout the year.
For standard raster artwork, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is generally preferred when the design requires transparency.
Aim for approximately 300 DPI at the final intended print dimensions. Increasing the DPI number on a blurry or low-resolution image does not restore detail that is already missing.
Before uploading, make sure lettering is clean, edges are sharp, and unwanted background pixels have been removed. For additional artwork help, visit the DTF Learning Center.
DTF transfers are commonly applied to cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and many other compatible garments.
Specialty materials may need more care. Nylon, coated fabrics, dye-sublimated garments, heat-sensitive performance materials, and unfamiliar fabrics may require testing or adjusted press conditions.
When you are unsure how a garment will react to heat and pressure, test before committing an entire order.
