Ridley Township is a community in Delaware County with a mix of residential neighborhoods, local businesses, schools, and community organizations. Custom apparel projects here often involve group orders — family event shirts, team jerseys, organization apparel, and local business employee shirts — with quantities that change as groups grow.

Order online without a large minimum. Choose individual transfers by size, build a gang sheet, or upload a print-ready file. Qualifying orders over $25 receive free shipping. Local pickup may be available by appointment at our Allentown-area location.

Several Garment Sizes in One Group Order

Group apparel orders in Ridley Township rarely involve one size. A family reunion may need youth and adult shirts. A sports team may need different fits for different players. A business may need small, medium, large, and extra-large for employees.

Ready-to-press DTF transfers solve this by separating the graphic from the garment. Instead of ordering finished shirts in every size, you order the transfers and apply them to compatible blank garments in the sizes you actually need.

If your family or organization already owns a heat press, you can keep blank garments available and press them as needed. When a new member joins or a shirt needs replacing, you can press another garment without reordering the entire batch.

Adding Another Person Later

Group sizes change. A team adds a player mid-season. A family event grows as more relatives RSVP. A business hires a new employee. An organization recruits more volunteers.

With no-minimum ordering, you can reorder additional transfers when those changes happen. Once your design is on file, reordering does not require rebuilding the artwork or restarting the project.

Team and Group Graphics

Schools, sports teams, clubs, booster groups, community organizations, nonprofits, and event organizers throughout Ridley Township can use DTF transfers for spirit wear, team apparel, fundraiser shirts, event merchandise, volunteer clothing, names, numbers, and sponsor graphics.

A gang sheet works well for team orders because you can combine multiple names, numbers, and graphics on one sheet. Use our DTF Gang Sheet Builder to upload and arrange your artwork online. Gang sheets use a 22-inch-wide print area and are available in multiple lengths. Current sizes and pricing are shown in the builder.

For a single team logo repeated across shirts, individual transfers by size may be simpler. Choose a size, upload one design, select quantity, and order.

If you already designed your gang sheet in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, you can upload the completed file instead of rebuilding it.

Organization Apparel and Local Businesses

Ridley Township businesses can use DTF transfers for employee shirts, company logos, branded workwear, and promotional apparel. Community organizations, nonprofits, and event organizers can use transfers for staff shirts, volunteer apparel, fundraiser merchandise, and event clothing.

No-minimum ordering means a small business or organization can order based on its current needs and reorder when circumstances change.

Repeat Event or Business Logos

Once your event or company design is on file, reordering additional transfers does not require rebuilding the artwork or re-explaining the project. This is useful for organizations running recurring events, businesses with seasonal staff changes, and families planning annual gatherings.

No-minimum ordering means you can reorder exactly the quantity you need — whether that is two transfers or two hundred.

Artwork and Fabric Quick Guide

Artwork: Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Prepare artwork at the actual dimensions you want printed. Remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading. Changing a low-resolution file to 300 DPI does not create missing detail.

Fabrics: DTF transfers are commonly used on cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, and many compatible materials. Nylon, coated fabrics, dye-sublimated garments, heat-sensitive materials, and some performance fabrics may require different pressing conditions or testing. Test unfamiliar garments before a large run.
