At DTF Transfers Era ("DTFera," "we," "our," or "us"), customer satisfaction is important to us. Because the majority of our products are custom-made using customer-submitted artwork, every order is produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. For that reason, our refund and return policy differs from traditional retail products.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from DTF Transfers Era, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Custom Products
All DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF transfers, custom apparel, stickers, and other custom printed products are manufactured specifically for each customer using artwork provided or approved by the customer.

Because these products are custom-made, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, uploads the wrong artwork, or no longer needs the product.


2. Orders Eligible for Review
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact DTF Transfers Era as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your shipment.

We will review requests involving:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing defects
  • Damaged products received during shipping
  • Incorrect products shipped by DTF Transfers Era
  • Quantity shortages caused by our production process

If we determine that an error occurred during our manufacturing or fulfillment process, we may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, reprint, issue store credit, or provide another appropriate resolution.


3. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds, replacements, or reprints will generally not be provided for issues resulting from customer error, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect artwork uploaded by the customer.
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork.
  • Spelling, grammar, or design mistakes within customer-submitted artwork.
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect quantities ordered by the customer.
  • Transparent backgrounds that were unintentionally missing.
  • Artwork submitted with flattened white backgrounds.
  • Poor image quality resulting from customer-provided files.
  • Customer approval of artwork or proofs.
  • Minor color differences between digital screens and printed products.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, quantities, and order details before submitting an order.


4. Print Quality & Color Expectations
DTF Transfers Era uses commercial printing equipment and premium materials to produce vibrant, high-quality transfers.

However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Printed colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, device displays, garment materials, lighting conditions, ink behavior, heat application, and normal commercial printing tolerances.

Minor color, trimming, placement, alignment, or sizing variations do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.


5. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify DTF Transfers Era as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. To assist with our review, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging, shipping label, and affected products.

Shipping damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may work with the shipping carrier and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, store credit, or another remedy at our sole discretion.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside the direct control of DTF Transfers Era.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier operational issues, holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, labor interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer.


7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins by contacting DTF Transfers Era as soon as possible.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled because materials, labor, and production resources have already been committed specifically to your order.


8. Heat Press Application
Proper application of DTF transfers is the responsibility of the customer.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for transfers damaged by incorrect heat press temperature, pressure, pressing time, unsuitable garments, improper storage, washing methods, or failure to follow the recommended application instructions.

Customers should always perform their own testing before beginning large production runs.


9. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order contains a manufacturing or fulfillment issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

To help us investigate your request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the issue.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs of the packaging if shipping damage occurred.
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent our ability to evaluate your request.


10. Resolution Process
After reviewing the information provided, DTF Transfers Era will determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of the order.

Depending on the situation, we may choose to:

  • Replace the affected products.
  • Reprint the order.
  • Issue store credit.
  • Issue a partial or full refund.
  • Deny the request if the issue falls outside this Refund & Return Policy.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact DTF Transfers Era before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for an order that was properly produced, shipped, or made available for pickup, DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to provide order records, shipping information, production records, customer communications, photographs, and other documentation to the payment processor or financial institution to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in future orders being refused.


12. Right to Refuse Refunds
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to deny any refund, replacement, reprint, or store credit request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Each request is evaluated individually based on the information available, and our decision will be made in good faith and in accordance with this policy.


13. Policy Changes
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions become effective immediately upon being posted on DTFera.com.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
