Welcome to DTF Transfers Era ("DTFera," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DTFera.com, our products, and our services. By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, or purchasing any product or service from DTF Transfers Era, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both our customers and DTF Transfers Era by establishing clear expectations regarding orders, artwork, payments, production, shipping, refunds, and the use of our website.

1. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or are using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information
DTF Transfers Era strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, sizing information, and product details. However, product images are provided for reference purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final printed product due to differences in monitors, screens, lighting conditions, materials, printing methods, and heat application.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, product descriptions, product availability, and other information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by DTF Transfers Era.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Inventory availability
• Fraud prevention
• Payment authorization issues
• Incomplete order information
• Website errors
• Suspected misuse of our services
• Legal or regulatory concerns

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed on DTFera.com are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional services unless specifically stated.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur. DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where appropriate.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize DTF Transfers Era and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully verified or processed.

6. Production & Turnaround Times
DTF Transfers Era works hard to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards. Estimated turnaround times begin only after payment has been successfully received and all required artwork or order information has been provided.

Orders submitted before 11:00 AM Eastern Time may qualify for same-day production, depending on production volume, artwork readiness, equipment availability, and other operational factors. Orders received after 11:00 AM will generally begin production on the next business day.

All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production may be delayed due to equipment maintenance, unusually high order volume, severe weather, supply shortages, carrier delays, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Artwork & File Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all artwork, gang sheets, sizing, spelling, colors, placement, and uploaded files before submitting an order.

DTF Transfers Era prints artwork exactly as submitted. While we may notify customers if we notice obvious issues such as extremely low image quality, missing transparency, or visible artwork problems, we are under no obligation to inspect, edit, redesign, correct, or repair customer-submitted files.

If incorrect, incomplete, low-resolution, misspelled, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable artwork is submitted, DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for the resulting print quality or customer dissatisfaction.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review every file before placing an order.

8. Print Quality & Color Variations
DTF Transfers Era strives to produce vibrant, professional-quality prints using commercial printing equipment and premium materials.

Actual printed colors may vary from what appears on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, proofs, mockups, or printed samples due to differences in display settings, lighting conditions, garment materials, ink behavior, heat application, and other production variables.

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, trimming, alignment, or print appearance are considered normal within commercial printing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

9. Heat Press Application
Proper application of DTF transfers is the responsibility of the customer.

DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for damage, adhesion problems, peeling, cracking, discoloration, scorching, improper curing, or other issues resulting from incorrect heat press settings, improper pressure, unsuitable garments, improper storage, failure to follow application instructions, or other customer application errors.

Customers are responsible for verifying proper application settings before applying transfers to production garments.

10. Production Photos & Social Media
As part of our normal business operations, DTF Transfers Era may photograph or record our printing equipment, production process, completed transfers, finished garments, packaging, or workspace for quality control, educational content, portfolio examples, website content, advertising, and social media.

Customer artwork or printed products may appear incidentally while documenting our production process. DTF Transfers Era does not claim ownership of customer artwork, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property and does not use customer artwork for resale.

If a customer prefers that their order, artwork, or finished products not appear in production photos or videos, the customer must notify DTF Transfers Era in writing before production begins. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests whenever practical.

11. Shipping & Local Pickup
DTF Transfers Era ships throughout the United States using trusted third-party shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other available carriers.

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by DTF Transfers Era. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times, delays, lost packages, weather events, or other transportation issues are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. DTF Transfers Era is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations or disposal where permitted by law.

12. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom manufactured using customer-submitted artwork, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds, replacements, or reprints may be provided at the sole discretion of DTF Transfers Era if an order contains manufacturing defects, printing defects, shipping damage, or if we determine that an error occurred during production.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer.
• Low-resolution or poor-quality files.
• Customer spelling or design mistakes.
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
• Improper heat press application.
• Failure to follow recommended application instructions.
• Color differences caused by monitors or display settings.
• Customer change of mind after production has begun.

Any issues with an order should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

13. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of all artwork submitted to DTF Transfers Era.

By submitting artwork, customers represent and warrant that they own the artwork or possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to reproduce and print the submitted materials.

Customers assume full responsibility for any claims involving copyright, trademark, licensing, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property related to submitted artwork.

DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that we believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or these Terms & Conditions.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Transfers Era shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

15. Right to Refuse Service
DTF Transfers Era reserves the right to refuse service, decline artwork, limit quantities, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at our sole discretion where permitted by law, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, abusive behavior, payment issues, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
DTF Transfers Era may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any revisions will become effective when posted on DTFera.com. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
