How It Works

Artwork Requirements

• PNG or PDF Preferred — PNG with transparent background gives the cleanest contour cut. PDF is also accepted.
• 300 DPI Recommended — Design at actual print size for sharp, professional results. Lower resolution may produce soft or pixelated edges.
• RGB Color Mode — CMYK files can cause color shifts during processing. Convert to RGB before uploading.
• Transparent or White Background — The contour cut follows the outline of your design. A transparent background gives the most precise cut.
• Add a Small Bleed — Include at least 0.125" of bleed around your design to avoid white edges after cutting.
• Keep Text & Details Away from Edges — Maintain at least 0.0625" of safe zone inside your design boundary for critical elements.
• Review Before Ordering — Double-check spelling, colors, and dimensions before submitting.

What is a contour cut sticker?
A contour cut sticker (also called a die-cut sticker) is cut to the exact shape of your design rather than a standard rectangle or square. The result is a clean, professional sticker that follows every curve and edge of your artwork.

Can I order custom shapes?
Yes. Every sticker is contour cut to the exact outline of your artwork, so custom shapes are welcome.

Will my stickers have a white border?
Only if your artwork includes one. Otherwise, we contour cut as close to your design as possible for a clean, professional finish.

Are these stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our contour cut stickers have a durable, weather-resistant finish that holds up to water, moisture, and everyday handling. They're suitable for water bottles, outdoor surfaces, and similar applications.

Are they safe for outdoor use?
Yes. The finish is UV-resistant and designed to hold up outdoors on surfaces like car windows, helmets, and storefronts. Longevity will vary depending on the surface and exposure conditions.

What file format should I use?
PNG with a transparent background is preferred for the cleanest contour cut. PDF is also accepted. Design at 300 DPI in RGB color mode for best results.

Do I need a minimum order?
No. You can order as few as 50 stickers in any size. There are no setup fees or minimums.

What sizes are available?
We offer four sizes: 2×3" Mini, 3×3" Classic, 4×4" Bolder, and 4×6" Statement. Each is available in quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000.

Can I order multiple designs in one order?
Each order is for one design per size/quantity combination. If you need multiple designs, place separate orders or text us at (484) 273-2357 to discuss options.

How do I apply the stickers?
Peel the backing, align the sticker on your surface, and press firmly from the center outward to remove air bubbles. For best adhesion, apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces.

Can I remove and reapply the stickers?
These stickers are designed for permanent application. They are not repositionable — attempting to remove and reapply may damage the sticker or the surface.

How fast will my order ship?
We produce and ship orders quickly. Carrier delivery time begins after the order ships and varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
